02Description of Service

DocRithm provides AI-powered document processing and classification tools. Documents uploaded to the Service are processed temporarily and are automatically deleted immediately after processing, regardless of whether processing succeeds or fails. We do not store document contents on our servers.

03User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Ensure you have the legal right to upload and process the documents you submit.
• Not upload malicious, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Service.

04Data Handling & Privacy

Document files are processed temporarily and permanently deleted immediately after processing. We retain only minimal aggregated statistics such as processed document types and total counts for analytics and service improvement. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

05Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and technology, is the intellectual property of DocRithm and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents.

06Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to the Service but do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time without prior notice.

07Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DocRithm makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of AI-generated results.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocRithm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss arising from your use of the Service.

09Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DocRithm from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
